Possibilities of digital reality in the formation of the ecological culture of VEO students

The modern world has included humans in digital reality. Communication with colleagues and friends, searching and posting information, movies, books - all these processes are inextricably linked with electronic digital devices. Digital reality is significantly different from virtual reality. Digital reality is created by many people who use electronic digital devices in their daily activities; the virtual one was designed by the creators of computer games, virtual simulators, etc. Digital reality has a special impact on the younger generation. Thinking, attention, attitude, communication, values are adjusted taking into account information received from electronic devices. It is important to identify and take into account problems, including the formation of an environmental culture, that arose among young people in the process of education. The article discusses the concepts of “digital reality”, “ecological culture”, and analyzes the influence of digital reality on the education of the younger generation. The author has identified 4 areas of ecology - ecology of the soul, ecology of the body, ecology of nature, ecology of production. The ecology of the soul is associated with self-development and relationships with other people. The ecology of the body presupposes the preservation of health and physical qualities of the body. Natural ecology is concerned with the protection of plants and animals. Ecology of production is aimed at reducing the harmful impact of enterprises on people and nature. In the structure of environmental culture, 3 components and their content are defined: environmental consciousness, emotional and moral attitude towards the environment, activity-practical attitude towards the environment. The experience of the State Budgetary Educational Institution “Chebarkul Professional College” in the formation of an environmental culture through the use of design technology is considered. The inextricable connection between the use of electronic digital devices and digital reality for writing a project has been determined.
