Opportunities of the dialectic teaching method in forming rational thinking

The article contrasts the understanding of rational thinking with positivism and the dialectical way of thinking. It contains criticism of the competency-based approach in modern education. True rational thinking is possible only on the basis of the dialectical method, which includes creative, critical, systemic thinking.
