The article is devoted to the use of breathing exercises to regulate the psycho-emotional state. The most simple breathing exercises of abdominal and diaphragmatic breathing are described, the health-improving breathing techniques (author's technique A. N. Strelnikova, breathing on the system of yoga) and considered the results of research on the testing of various respiratory techniques by students.
