The possibilities of using the technical learning aids in elementary classes

The article proves the relevance and importance of the use of technical means of teaching in modern elementary school, consideres the definition of the key concept of «technical means of teaching» and the tasks of their use, and also elaborates and describes three pedagogical conditions, under which the use of technology in primary school classes will be effective.
