Possibility of endogenous synthesis of nitrosamines – high-toxic carcinogens in the stomach is established. It is promoted by acidic medium of gastric juice (pH = 1,0-1,9), metals from the polluted air, giving electrons for restoration the Sodium nitritums and the secondary amines arriving in a stomach with a foodstuff.
