Radio-induced systemic endothelial dysfunction leads to the progressive course of cerebrovascular disease. The literature pays insufficient attention to the diagnosis of chronic ischemic changes in the brain using modern neuroimaging methods, the leading of which are multiparametric magnetic resonance imaging with contrast T2*-perfusion and SPECT-perfusion. Although post-ischemic changes are irreversible, evaluation of the most important hemodynamicparameters, such as velocity and volume of regional cerebral blood flow, cerebrovascular reserve, allow to reliably assess the effect of pathogenetic and symptomatic therapy, and to adjust the treatment regimen.Purpose of the study: to determine the informativity of MRI and SPECT perfusion in the assessment of the effectiveness of pathogenetic therapy of chronic cerebrovascular disease in participants of liquidation of the Chernobyl NPP accident consequences.
