Aesthetic education is a key direction in the process of a person's versatile development, enriching his life with beauty, creativity, and cultural understanding. In the conditions of modern China (with its rapid socio-economic transformations), the role of aesthetics is becoming increasingly important. In the article, the author examines the modern aspects of solving the problems of aesthetic education in China. The emphasis is placed on the analysis of the possibilities and tools of music education in this process (with the identification of key trends and characteristics of accumulated experience).
