The article is devoted to the use of virtual reality simulation tools in the formation of stable neuropatterns of professional skills. The necessity of conjugation of neuroeducation and virtual reality [virtual reality (VR)] is substantiated. The pedagogical analysis of the use of virtual reality and neuro research in the formation of professional skills in the training system is presented. The study was based on the study of the electroencephalogram of the brain during the training of drivers and operators of forest machines for five years. The research used the equipment «Encephalan-EEGR-19/26». Two main tendencies of changes in the patterns of brain functioning and their optimization were revealed: simplification of the configuration and the number of involved areas of the brain and a decrease in energy consumption (electrical potential) of the involved areas of the brain. The basic requirements for virtual reality are formulated, which most contributes to the formation of neuropatterns of professional competencies of skills.
