The possibilities of organizational and psychological consultation of the head of police in solving the problems in regulation of organizational behavior of subordinates

The article draws attention to the problem of improving the regulation of the organizational behavior of law enforcement officers, also It reflects the results of interview of the heads of police as well as heads of departments on the organization of the psychological work of territorial bodies of the Ministry of internal affairs. The author suggests that in the system of regulation of the organizational behavior of policemen do not fully involved the possibilities of psychological factors in the socio-psychological and organizational-psychological levels. As a method for solving the identified problem is encouraged to use the possibility of organizational and psychological consultation of the heads of police in sphere of regulation of organizational behavior of subordinates. The author proposes a phased program of consultation, which can be useful in the practice of psychological support to improve the psychological competence of the heads of police.
