Possibilities of increased effecacy of thrombolytic therapy in myocardial infarction with ST segment elevation using klopidogrel bisulfate and aspirin in prehospital period

Aimed at investigating of safety and efficacy of prehospital using thrombolysis by streptokinase in combination with aspirin and klopidogrel, 46 patients having myocardial infarction were included in the study. Clinical course of MI, complications, hospital mortality, intracardiac hemodynamics indices were assessed. Reliable differences concerning number of thrombolytic complications were not observed. Adding streptokinase, aspirin and klopidogrel in the hospital period is safe, promotes increased therapeutic efficacy of MI with ST segment elevation.
