Aims: To study the informative value of PET in recurrent ovarian cancer. Materials and Methods: 56 patients with recurrent ovarian cancer who underwent positron emission tomography. Results: Universal diagnostic indicators in a relapse of ovarian cancer for PET are: sensitivity - 82,4%, specificity - 89,7%. The inefficiency of PET was registered in cases with cystic type of relapse or small (0.5 cm) tumor.
