The possibilities of application of medico-economic analysis on the example of the radiology department of the Republican clinical hospital (based on Republic of Mari El)

The article presents an assessment of reasonable of the appointments and the costs of diagnostic procedures. As an example, such studies have been taken as irrigoscopy and fluoroscopy of the stomach held in the department of Radiology of the Republican Clinical Hospital of the Republic of Mari El. The result of the study showed the possibility of medico-economic analysis in medical resource saving.
