Possibilities of using Tatyana Shamova's system in the process of solving Chinese education problems

The article examines the problems of Chinese education, as well as the potential for using Tatyana Shamova's pedagogical system to effectively overcome them. The provisions of Tatyana Shamova's system related to decision-making in the field of management of educational organizations are considered. Certain problems in the field of management of Chinese educational organizations are identified, namely: a large number of subjects of the educational process in one school (several thousand students, not counting teachers and parents), as well as regular provision of unreliable information to the management. This leads to low awareness of school principals about the activities of their institution, which complicates decision-making. Practical recommendations for solving existing problems through the use of Tatyana Shamova's system are presented. It was proposed to conduct anonymous studies, as well as pedagogical experiments with mandatory observation. Tatyana Shamova's system is strongly recommended for implementation in the practice of Chinese educational management.
