Possibilities of strength estimations of structural elements of ultrasonic extractors

The article presents a developed method for calculating the strength characteristics of structural elements of an ultrasonic extractor, experiencing a load from the pressure of the extraction mixture arising from the effect of cavitation. The influence of cavitation on the efficiency of the extraction process and its effect on the elements of technological equipment is considered. A numerical method is proposed for solving the equations of the strength of the walls of a cylinder that is part of the design of an ultrasonic extractor. Based on the results of a numerical experiment, the dependence of the extraction efficiency on the technological parameters of the process was established and graphically depicted. The possibility of using the research results in the design of technological equipment intended for ultrasonic processing of food raw materials has been substantiated.
