Possibilities of reception of the provisions of the foreign law of the ownership right to land plot

The Institute of real estate is one of the most important foundations of the economic system of the Russian Federation today. In the absence of real estate, no subject of economic relations can actually carry out both entrepreneurial and other forms of economic activity. This article describes the features of foreign experience of legal regulation of the Institute of private ownership of land. Possibilities of reception of norms of the legislation of the foreign States by the legislation of the Russian Federation are analyzed.
