Possibilities of the social and cultural environment of the university in the formation of corporate education specialists

The article is devoted to one of the most acute problems of the system of corporate education in the Russian Federation, namely - the content and pedagogical conditions of practice-oriented training of specialists in training and development of personnel of organizations. Based on the understanding that at present the competence model of a specialist in corporate education, as well as the associated model of a graduate of the educational program of the relevant profile, is not sufficiently reflected in professional pedagogy, the author explores the prevailing in modern science ideas about the social and cultural environment of the University and about corporate culture as its element in order to determine - the future specialist of corporate education to be trained in technologies of design and implementation of educational programs on the example of system of corporate education of higher education institution in which he is trained, understood in this case as the trained organization. Theoretical analysis and systematization of practical experience of universities allowed the author to come to the conclusion that typical for the Russian Federation processes of development of organizational culture of “economic” or “market” type in universities, implemented at different levels of development and in different forms, provide students during the entire period of their studies at the University to join the content of corporate culture (and the main technologies of its maintenance) through the study of its individual elements: management, organizational, industrial culture, culture of intellectual, creative and project activities, culture of diversity. The conclusions of the article can be used by the developers of the main professional educational programs in the design of the content of pedagogical practices of students. Theoretical conclusions can be valuable in the construction of a competence model of a specialist in corporate education.
