Possibilities of improving state supervision in the field of marine and river transport

The article is devoted to the analysis of the possibilities of improving state supervision in the field of sea and river transport. The presence of signs of a systemic crisis in the field of state supervision of inland water transport (IWT) was discovered. A search was carried out for opportunities to improve state supervision in the field of sea and river transport, in relation to each of the factors that provoke regular violation by law entities of the relevant legal provisions of the law and emergency situations.
