Training project possibilities in the process of realization of the mentoring form “employer - student”

The article is devoted to the actual problem of the introduction of the mentoring model in the form of “employer-student” within the framework of the project activities organization of students of the Magnitogorsk Pedagogical College. The article identifies the key documents that determine the targets for the introduction of mentoring. The purpose of which is to form at least 80 % of the 3rd year students studying in the specialties 44.02.02 “Teaching in primary school”, 44.02.05 “Correctional pedagogy in primary education”, competencies - to conduct extracurricular activities through participation in project activities. The authors highlight the areas of project support: efficiency, team cohesion and methodological competence. Particular attention is paid to the consideration of the stages, mechanisms and risks of the project, the description of the project activities of students. On the example of the implementation of a specific project “Professional Compass”, the authors give the estimated characteristics of the project, emphasize the importance of using the form of mentoring “employer - student” in the process of training a competitive specialist.
