The possibilities of retaining the attention of students in the course of the lecture

This article discusses the features of conducting a lecture in a modern student audience. Reasoning is based on three important stages of mental activity, taking into account the transition to different stages of attention: from the stage of interest - through the desire to understand new knowledge - to the stage of satisfaction from the time spent on it.
