The tactic of operative treatment and postoperative rehabilitation program for patient with flexor tendon injury from the point of view USG is analyzed. Conducting USG preoperatively give opportunity in determination of exact location injured tendons, afford to plan operative procedure and decrease time of performance. Conducting USG in postop period give opportunity to control healing process and to correct rehabilitation program. The results of operative treatment are analyzed among 86,7% of all patient. 78,3% - good, 17,4% - moderate, 4,3% - poor.
