Possible ways of implementation of the institute of media in the criminal process of Russia

In article possible ways of implementation of institute of mediation to criminal trial of Russia are considered. It is investigated similarities and distinctions of models of this institute accepted in laws and orders of the certain states. The author of article draws a conclusion that he introduction of institute of mediation to criminal trial of Russia is possible only for private charge.
