Встатье анализируется современное состояние вопроса о показаниях к проведению повторного конформного облучения рецидивов высокозлокачественных глиом головного мозга с учетом развития возможных реакций и повреждений со стороны тканей головного мозга после его реализации, путей их профилактики и методического обеспечения процесса радиотерапии.
