Age aspects papillomavirus infections at women reproductive age in the Chelyabinsk region

The occurrence frequency of genotypes spectrum and a virus load of HPV HCR at 504 women during the different periods of reproductive age have been studied. HPV HCR was taped at 52,2 % of women with the greatest occurrence frequency in the early reproductive period. The particular feature of early reproductive age also was high frequency of a mixinfection, whereas at late reproductive age the combination of 2 and more types of HPV HCR has made 17,2 %. Irrespective of age, in different percent of cases at HPV-positive women of reproductive age 12 genotypes, with prevalence HPV of 16 and 31 types have been taped all. The average index of the virus load was in limits significant (3-5 lg HPV on 105 cells) in all age groups of women. The little significant virus load in 2 times more was at women of late reproductive age, but the significant load at women at the age from 20 till 34 years was more often.
