The research is conducted at the sub department of anatomy, pathological anatomy and surgery of the Krasnoyarsk state agrarian University and at the International scientific research center of extremal body states under the Presidium of Krasnoyarsk scientific center of SB RAS in 2015-2016. The age-related peculiarities of the course of free radical processes in the whole blood cells of Japanese quails are studied for the first time by the microtechnique of spontaneous and activated in vitro with latex lucigenin- and luminol-enhanced chemilu- minescence. The maximum intensity of the chemiluminescent reaction, the time of the maximum chemilumines- cence achieving, the total amount of the oxygen active form generation, the total content of leukocytes, the phagocytic activity of leukocytes, the activation index, the specific products of antigen-induced radicals by blood leukocytes and phagocytes are determined. The results are statistically processed by the method of variation sta- tistics using t Student’s test. The differences of the age-related indicators were considered reliable at p
