Times and law: development of representation in the management of organizations

Бесплатный доступ

The article is devoted to the study of the relationship between production activities and the implementation of managerial functions by teams of employees. Liberalization of the economy, “dismantling” in market conditions of labor law norms that determine the functions of public formations, put forward new requirements for representative bodies in organizations. The orientation of employees towards individual success does not sufficiently contribute to increasing labor productivity and production efficiency. Collective cooperation is currently in little demand; there are certain reserves for its development. The state is interested in their use, as evidenced by the inclusion of Chapter 8 “Participation of employees in the management of the organization" in the Labor Code of the Russian Federation. Representation of employee groups should be more realistic, based both on the rule-making of organizations and on federal and regional legislation.
