All-Russian physical culture and sports complex «Ready for work and defense» as a means of unification of human physical abilities

Currently, one of the promising areas of physical culture and sports is the modern Russian physical culture and sports complex «Ready for Labor and Defense». The article gives a brief description of it. Particular attention is paid to the implementation of the complex in the process of physical education of various groups of the population. The factors influencing the development of the physical abilities of the individual are identified, and the RLD system assessment scale is presented. Assessment of physical fitness, taking into account the program and normative base of the VFSK RLD, which is the state standard of physical fitness of citizens of the Russian Federation, which allows comparing motor skills and abilities using standard standards. The possibility of using the RLD complex as a means of physical, mental and patriotic education of citizens is considered. Particular attention is paid to the formation of a healthy lifestyle among the younger generation.
