Новая коронавирусная инфекция (COVID-19) помимо угрожающего жизни острого течения способна приводить к развитию симптомов, сохраняющихся длительное время. Клиническая, радиологическая и гистопатологическая картина посткоронавирусной пневмонии имеет общие признаки со вторичной организующейся пневмонией (ВОП). Считается, что данный вариант пневмонии служит одним из вариантов осложнений во время болезни, что не только коррелирует с тяжестью заболевания, но и приводит к более высоким показателям смертности пациентов. Необходимо отметить, что рентгенологические симптомы пневмонии наблюдаются даже у выздоровевших лиц примерно в 67% случаев. Несмотря на то, что у 25% лиц заболевание разрешается самостоятельно, а у большинства других легко поддается лечению, в 5-8% случаев может развиться фиброз, сопровождающийся симптомами дыхательной недостаточности. Специфического метода лечения ВОП на фоне новой коронавирусной инфекции в настоящее время не существует, к терапии первой линии относят применение глюкокортикостероидов (ГКС). Несмотря на эффективность ГКС, курс лечения составляет в среднем более полугода, при этом высока вероятность рецидива при прекращении терапии. Для определения оптимальных дозировок и длительности ГКС в терапии ВОП после перенесенного COVID-19 зарегистрированы клинические исследования, но единого мнения по данному вопросу нет, он остается открытым. В данном обзоре представлена информация об организующейся пневмонии, а также ВОП на фоне перенесенной новой коронавирусной инфекции, ее рентгенологической картине и вариантах лечения в рамках проводимых клинических исследований.
