The secondary screening of promising strains-producers against fusaruim pathogen on oil flax under artificial inoculation on soil mixtures

There are presented the results of the second stage of the secondary screening of 32 perspective strains of antagonists from the collection of the laboratory of biological methods of VNIIMK to fusarium pathogen on oil flax Fusarium oxysporum Schlecht. emend. Shyd. et Hans. var. orthoceras (App. et Wr.) Bilai that we conducted by artificial inoculation with pathogen on soil mixtures (80.0%) in laboratory. We determined 21 promising strains-producers of microbiopreparations having biological efficiency of laboratory samples on roots infected with fusarium exceeding 50.0% and high seed germination. Therewith, simultaneously maximal seed germination and high efficiency of preparations on roots infected with fusarium were estimated for nine strains: Т-1 Trichoderma sp. (70.0 and 64.3%, respectively), I-3 Basidi-omycetes (60.0 and 100%, respectively), 11-3 Bacillus sp. (80.0 and 60.9%, respectively), D 1-1 Bacillus sp. (80.0 and 53.1%, respectively), D 7-3 Bacillus sp. (65.0 and 51.9%, respectively), K 1-2 Bacillus sp. (60.0 and 68.8%, respectively), B-2 B. circulans (60.0 and 100%, respectively), Sgc-1 Pseudomonas sp. (80.0 and 68.8%, respectively) and 14-3 P. chlororaphis (75.0 and 66.6%, respectively).
