The paper addresses the issues of model selection benefit not of a program of the organization and basic rules for the construction of a countervailing policy on the example of Ural industrial companies. The classification of elements of the benefit program, including mandatory and substitute, complementary and stimulating. The difference of the conducted research from the most well-known is the definition of the design specifics of the elements of the total remuneration of employees in Russian industrial companies. The most significant social benefits and benefits for different categories of personnel depending on income, sex, age and status positions are allocated. The comparative analysis of models of benefit programs in the Russian practice is carried out. Described and disclosed model is flexible benefits if programs, including core, miniflex, model unlimited choice, optional model. Particular attention is paid to the modelling of benefit programs and the rationale for the choice of the basic model, taking into account changes in the external and internal conditions of large industrial companies. Recommendations on modelling of the benefit program in the organization considering interests and expectations of employees and the employer are developed.
