The choose of training time must be matched with the goals and objectives to be solved in the course their conduct. The athlete must be mentally prepared for the target training, so be warned in advance about the upcoming work to be able to properly tune. Individualizing the time of the main (kettlebell) training on the example of a group of students, taking into account a number of factors, it is possible to improve the quality of the training process.
