The choice paradigm of scientific research: problems, methodologies and external evaluation

Introduction: the article deals with the issues of contemporary discussion of dissertation research based on different theoretical and methodological paradigm. Purpose: justify the need for more clear wording chosen by the author in the introduction and methodology of the study author's abstract of thesis. Methods: the methodological basis of the study is a traditionally allocated to general scientific research methods, such as dialectic, analysis and synthesis, abstraction and specification. An attempt was made to justify the relationship of the integrative vision of legal developments in the theory of law with sectoral scientific works in the field of law. Results: in a pluralistic approach to the choice of paradigm of the scientific study of the reviewers of scientific work should take into account the right of the author to choose a scientific concept as a methodological basis of own work. Conditionality of the conclusions of the thesis the author of the scientific paradigm should not become the main negative result review. Reviewers and opponents must formulate a conclusion about accordance of scientific work eligibility indicators to set degree based on the methodological framework, which is directly in the work. Conclusions: strengthening of the methodological implications of current research in the field of law is a fundamental condition for the exit of the scientific results to the international level.
