Identification of urban planning specificity of the territory for the design of a rehabilitation center in the city of Sestroretsk

The article presents the results of an analysis of the urban specifics of the territory for the design of a rehabilitation center in the city of Sestroretsk. The design site is not considered as a separate independent element, but as an interconnected part of the city. First of all, a study of the city of Sestroretsk was carried out: the main transport directions, space-planning decisions and temporal-stylistic characteristics of the building, green frame objects and functional zoning were considered. As a result of the study, the features of the territory were identified that affect the formation of the space-planning solution of the rehabilitation center.
