Identification and suppression of administrative offenses: analysis of forensic aspects

The article is devoted to the study of approaches to the identification and suppression of administrative offenses. The main positions of administrative law concerning this issue are analyzed. The shortcomings of the methodology of this scientific area as well as the advantages of the identification and suppression of administrative offenses in terms of forensics are identified. It has been established that some scientific works in the sphere of administrative law and the administrative process involve directly or indirectly forensic tools. The author makes conclusions about the need to use forensic tools and techniques in the fight against administrative offenses and about inclusion of this scientific direction in the field of forensic research.
