Identification of copyright violations: the customs aspect

The article reveals the tools and set of procedural actions of customs authorities in terms of the protection of intellectual property rights (IPR). The structural components of the AIS, which in accordance with the Customs Code of the EAEU include copyrights, are disclosed. The author highlights the powers of the customs services in terms of detecting copyright violations and the methods they use to prevent and reduce the number of violations in the movement of goods containing objects of the IPO in a timely manner.
