The author analyzes the raw data used to calculate the cadastral value of the embodiment of permitted use 9 on the basis of the report «On the determination of the cadastral value of land as part of land settlements in the Khabarovsk Territory». Implemented by an alternative calculation of market data. It is concluded that the lack of justification for the calculation of key values, a cursory examination of the local town planning legislation can lead to the fact that the cadastral value will exceed the market performance in several times.
