Revealing of regional peculiarities of the modern Russian sign language in the context of the creation of its generally accepted norm

The article deals with the issue of the absence of the academic norm of the Russian sign language. There is described and analyzed the corresponding work of the linguists with the deaf in different cities of the Eastern Siberia as one of the stages of the work in the context of the research study of the regional peculiarities of the Russian sign language aimed at the following creation of the video version of the dictionary of gestures.
