Detection of collusion in the conclusion of a supply contract for the needs of internal affairs bodies

This article is devoted to a comprehensive study of the problems of identifying collusion when concluding a supply agreement for the needs of internal affairs bodies. The provisions of the current legislation, as well as law enforcement practice, are analyzed. Based on scientific research literature, the author comes to the conclusion that it is necessary to include data on lawsuits related to the procurement of goods and services in analytical reports on the judicial work of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as well as to improve the material and technical base of the responsible units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia to counter cyber threats.
