The article is devoted the problem of young specialist’s employment. There are disclose contradiction between the opportunities of the young specialist’s employment and labor market’s offers. The Federation State Department of Statistics certificates that 25% graduates will find the job of their specialization. This problem is more critical in library profession. There are analysed positions of holders employments to professional competence and the young specialist’s opinions about professional offers: a few of professional offers, difficulties to value make one’s career, social adaptation in professional sphere and low salary. Among this possibilities to young specialists are the competition to the best vacancy, to rise prestige of vacancy, comfortable organization of work. There are described the role of employment centers of universities: change functions from mediator to diagnosis, the main of monitoring of educational sphere. There are underlined the important of collaboration between all university departments in this problem.
