Expression of characteristics of society in the system of constitutional law of Russia: issues of methodology and structuring

The article deals with issues related to the features and value of applying the systemic method in developing an approach to expressing the characteristics of society in the Constitution of the Russian Federation and, accordingly, in the system of constitutional law of Russia as a branch of domestic law, the problem of systematic constitutional law, the relationship between the structure of the Constitution of the Russian Federation and constitutional law, objective and subjective beginnings in the process of constitutional law-making, the specificity and qualitative homogeneity of social relations that make up the subject of constitutional law, the criterion of subsystems of society is analyzed as having a decisive significance for the systematization of constitutional law. Conclusions are formulated about the preference for expressing fundamental provisions in the Constitution of the Russian Federation expressing the natural resource the basis of the life of our society, mechanisms for the use of natural resources, environmental protection for present and future generations, the possible sequence of reflection of the economic, political, ideological, spiritual and cultural elements of society in the system of constitutional law in Russia.
