Higher education as social value

Higher education problems, opinions of Russian schoolboys, graduates' parents of schools and employers on the motivation of getting higher education and prestigious professions are analyzed in the article. Special importance is given to the questionnaire results of the senior classes pupils in the cities and towns where branches of the Urals Institute of Economics, Management and Law are located.
