Higher education in the light of the concept of reforming the penitentiary system (the 25 anniversary of SUY Federal Penal Correction Service)

The article deals with the questions of quality training for staff and students in higher education institutions of the penal correction system based on tasks arising on the basis of the concept of development of the PENAL CORRECTION SYSTEM of the RUSSIAN FEDERATION to the year 2020. The author tries to uncover aspects of improvement of the system of training and educational-methodical process for example, Law Institute of the Federal Penal Correction Service of Samara on stage in its 25-year anniversary.
