The supreme parts of human nature from the orthodox anthropology’s point of view

Бесплатный доступ

Throughout the Church history, Orthodox anthropology has not been subjected to any dogmatization, which allows for a free discussion on issues related to it and provides complete independence for research in the field of the science of human structure. In addition, anthropology is the basis and sets the direction of development for such sciences as, for example, Orthodox psychology. It serves as one of the sources for the formation of an Orthodox position in relation to developments in the field of artificial intelligence and the introduction of relevant technologies into people’s daily lives, as well as on other topical issues. At the same time, judgments on individual anthropological issues are not homogeneous and often contradict each other. All this leads to the need to clarify the guidelines of Orthodox anthropology at the Church level and, if possible, formalize them. This article is intended to contribute in part to this.
