The article considers the ways of implementation of the 44th article of the Federal law “On education...” (p 1. 2) and discusses the possible competence of the DOE in terms of the use of various forms of work with parents when accompanied by positive socialization of preschool children. Materials and methods. Both traditional and innovative forms, methods, techniques and means of working with parents are used. Results. The necessity of transition to new forms of relations between parents and teachers is revealed. Discussion. At the heart of the philosophy of interaction between the family and the DOE is the idea that parents are responsible for the upbringing of children, and all other social institutions are designed to help, support, guide, complement their educational activities. Conclusion. When considering the issue of interaction between the family and the DOE from the philosophical and pedagogical positions, it becomes clearer and clearer what the real practice of interaction between the DOE and the family should be.
