Interplay of educational institutions in protecting the rights and dignities of the child

The problem of protecting the rights and dignities of the child is actualized on the basis of the tragic examples of violations of children rights in the contemporary Russian society. The content of legal documents on protecting the children rights and their application to the organization of education of the young generation is analyzed. Children rights are studied from the points of view of family and state law as well as general theory. It is proposed to renovate the content and interaction forms of pres-school organization and family in protecting child’s rights and dignities in accordance with educational standards.
