Interaction of state authorities and local government in the Russian Federation

The main purpose of this article is a comprehensive analysis of the interaction of public authorities and municipal self-government. Initially, the basics of organizing interaction both on the territory of the Russian Federation are considered, and foreign experience is briefly considered. Further, the main legal aspects of interaction are considered on the example of the regions of the Russian Federation, the main problems are analyzed and a number of conceptual provisions aimed at improving the interaction of state authorities and local self-government are presented.
