Interaction of preliminary investigation bodies of the Russian Federation with international bodies and organizations in investigation of crimes on financing of terrorism

The financing of terrorism is a socially dangerous act of transnational nature. Partnership as an effective way of investigating crimes of this kind began to form at the end of the XX century with the creation of specialized groups such as TREVI, Berne Club, Europol, Eurojust and others. This article contains legal acts and agreements on the basis of which international interdepartmental cooperation on the investigation of terrorist financing is formed. In addition, individual circumstances are characterized, as well as the stages of the interaction system. The issues of codification of information received by Interpol from different countries are described quite fully in order to find criminally significant data for the criminal case under investigation as quickly as possible. The theoretical and practical significance of this article lies in the fact that its main provisions can be used in further research on this little-studied problem, as well as as auxiliary material for improving the efficiency of young employees of investigative and operational units of the RF IC and the FSB of Russia.
