Interaction of petrochemical industry enterprises and universities in ensuring the quality of specialist training

The current article considers the problem of providing the petrochemical industry with highly qualified personnel, as one of the most important today, and also presents directions for its solution, taking into account the peculiarities of high-tech business companies in this field. Promising areas of cooperation between enterprises of the petrochemical industry and higher educational institutions have been identified, namely: training students for the "demands" of the industry and the development of highly qualified scientific personnel, taking into account a competence-based approach to the training and development of employees. The tools for implementing this interaction are proposed.
