The author considers one of the theoretical problems - the organization of interaction of entities participating or assisting in combating juvenile delinquency, examines the relationship of the concepts of «interaction», «organization of interaction», «coordination», which are essential in regulating the legal mechanism of interaction of bodies and institutions of the system of prevention of neglect and juvenile delinquency, and also focuses attention on problematic issues of prevention of juvenile delinquency.
