Interaction of customs and other state bodies in the field of currency control

The article discusses the interaction of customs authorities with the Federal Tax Service on checks of compliance with currency legislation and the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, on the prevention and suppression of dubious currency transactions, as well as the procedure for transmitting information on declarations for goods with signs of unreliability of information about the price of goods for blocking banks of relevant payments under foreign trade contracts, as well as the volume of withdrawal of funds abroad. As a result of the conducted research, the results of the joint work of the Federal Customs Service, the Federal Tax Service and the Bank of the Russian Federation for 2019-2021 in the field of currency control were investigated.
