Interaction of university of culture and arts with the professional community in the face of new social and cultural realities

The article discusses the strategy of training of specialists in higher educational institutions of culture and arts, taking into account the new social and cultural and economic realities of the development of Russian education, the demographic situation in the Russian regions, the requirements of the labour market and employment. New forms of interaction between universities of culture and arts of Russia with the professional community connected with the conduct of an independent evaluation of the quality of education. Professional and public accreditation of professional education programs is a recognition of the quality and level of preparation of graduates who have mastered this educational program in a specific organization engaged in educational activities that meet the requirements of professional standards, the requirements of the labour market for specialists, workers and other employees of the corresponding profile. The most significant is the criterion of the demand for graduates at the Federal and regional labour markets. Critical to the assessment of the “quality education” is given the competence model of the graduate, its correlation with labour market needs, systemic and strategic thinking graduates, the formation of their entrepreneurial skills, the mechanism of attracting employers to the analysis and design of program content. Thus, in the conditions of new social and cultural realities of the universities of culture and arts of Russia, the system of information and library education should once again be the leader of their development, their experience, their scientific and pedagogical work, the abandonment of the strategy of “catch-up modernization”, become a conductor of new ideas, new forms of social and cultural interaction. And not only a leader in education, but also the leader of modern culture, demonstrating a trend towards the convergence of social and cultural, cultural, recreational and library activities in the cultural and humanitarian education in the information society.
